I have not had good experiences with evolver

The application process is an incredible waste of time. Made me fill out the answers to a bunch of questions Did not provide any feedback on why they rejected it. I don't mind being rejected from jobs, but I absolutely hate companies that make you waste a lot of time on applications before doing so. They should do the screening process by phone. Bad company don't waste time.
