      You get to work with super friendly, talented creative people every day. Supervisors are all fantastic. Company management are genuine and look after staff.

      Cons

      The LA management egos can be a bit grating at times for the London crew but that’s probably a cultural thing.

      Extremely artist friendly and nice work environment.

      Cons

      A personal con is that it feels a little difficult to get better at animating or compositing since the bar for previs and postvis is not as high as finals.
