This might actually be the worst company I have or my friends have worked at. I really do hope the company goes into administration and everyone gets paid off soon. People are only joining due to how bad the job market is currently, which shows with the majority of employees being 18-25 years old. Everyone is always looking for other jobs, especially now with the massive layoffs they’ve just made. Leadership don’t take accountability for unhappy workforce, just pretend like a coffee shop and having a shop on site will make everyone happy who has to commute 5 days into the office in the middle of nowhere. The bus might take you to the office from the airport but there’s only 2 that run in the afternoon so you can’t work flexi time around these. Flexi time is also the only flexibility they offer people who join but have recently started taking that away too introducing rotas. Leadership also don’t follow this and just take WFH when they want I’ve realised! Including senior managers. There are many days when the whole team is in the office but all senior managers are WFH which is weird for a 5 day in office company :). Many fake reviews on here if 5 stars most likely written by HR. Please don’t start work here in the case you might be different, you will be looking for another role 3 months into joining like everyone else.
