Cons
The office morale; there are a handful of disgruntaled employees. Disgruntled over all the changes to enforce necessary operating procedures. Many for years were used to doing whatever they liked and getting paid to do nothing. Now more accountability is placed on them and they do not like it. All they do is complain and cause those of us who are on board with the new structures aggrevasion and in some cases cause us to carry their work load.
