      Pros

      The money is fair. Upper management seems to genuinely care about the well being of their employees. Employs a diverse group of people.

      Cons

      Been almost 10 years exclusively with TIC and have maintained an impeccable safety record and very good record of performance and now there seems to be no work for me. There is no loyalty with TIC. My history with them seems to be exactly that. HISTORY!

      They care about their employees. They pay well and safety is their #1 priority.

      It is getting harder for craft employees to find work.

      Pros

      There are multiple opportunities to perfect your trade or even move up in the company. It pays well and usually per diem is added to your weekly check. Often working over 40 hours so you get overtime pay.

      Cons

      It feels like you need to know somebody on the inside to even get hired. Jobs are all over the place so if you do not like traveling or being away from home that could be a con. Long hours to be put in.
