It was a small company and everyone got along, it was genuinely a happy place to be... Make no mistake things have changed. Favoritism is out of control, the "managers" and "supervisors" running things have no idea what they are doing. As someone previously mentioned if you give ideas or propose ways to make it better you are shut down and accused of complaining. Employees who have put in their time are NOT valued. People who have been there very little or do no work at all get promotions, people who deserve to be recognized get shoved in a corner. The company was acquired by ingredion this past year and going into next year no more bonuses, and alot of other things are changing and not for the better especially regarding the benefits. The pay for almost every position is underpaid compared to other places as well. The other negative reviews are spot on, STAY AWAY!
