Pros
Most of the people here are decent, hardworking people that are easy to get along with. There are strides being made to do work in a professional and proper manner where there wasn't necessarily beforehand.
Cons
TIES has a muddled history of doing things the wrong way, and it still rears it's head quite often. Management is trying to eradicate bad practices; things like lack of documentation, short-term thinking, and shortcut taking. However there is not a strong message from leadership on how this is being done, and it doesn't translate enough to 'on-the-ground' daily practices by employees. As a result some of the same old mistakes and bad decisions are being made.
