Pros

I guess some people are decent and approachable.

Cons

- It’s a deeply toxic environment that will drain years from your career. - Leadership has no understanding of what real leaders look like. - Priorities change constantly and almost nobody explains the reason. - Leadership feels completely lost, and the CEO inserts control into everything, turning daily work into nonstop interference. - It’s impossible to settle in because people keep walking out. - Sharing ideas goes nowhere, so most stay silent. - The products are nowhere near ready, but you’re still pushed to sell them. - Pay and bonuses do not always match what was promised. - It’s a miserable place to stay long term. - Anyone with a moral compass escaped as fast as possible.

Pros

TIFIN is a genuine meritocracy where your impact is directly recognized and rewarded. If you're hard-working, intellectually curious, and results-oriented, you will find a space where you can thrive and grow quickly. One of the highlights is the caliber of the team; if you're looking to surround yourself with smart, inspired professionals from all backgrounds, this is the place for you. While the bar is high, everyone wants to see one another succeed and works to bring out the best in each other. It’s an environment that encourages you to lean into your unique strengths and contribute where you can make the most impact.

Cons

The pace and agility required mean you must have a deep personal stake in your work. You can't get away with "coasting" at TIFIN. Because the business landscape is constantly shifting, you have to be highly adaptable and willing to embrace new roles and responsibilities. To succeed here, you must wear multiple hats at once and be hungry to try new things.
