Pros

Dynamic environment and good colleagues.

Cons

- Leadership is extremely fickle minded and constantly keep changing direction for product, strategy and messaging. - Try to sell products that are half baked and this results in high churn rate for customers -Top management is overly involved in day to day work, they try and micro-manage even the GM/Directors on a daily basis. -Do not value their workers: at one point tried to cancel the one day holiday for Christmas because they were not pleased with EOQ performance, held a Christmas party in the middle of the pandemic where majority of the people got Covid and management did not even address the issue/outbreak they caused. -There is no HR, and management does abuse this in more ways than one. -They have on multiple occasions not paid out bonuses that were promised on contracts. -They sell fabricated stories to their investors and customers alike, and fail to deliver on the product. -Diversity here is a joke and some of the management make sexist and racist jokes in townhalls/company wide meetings and this is applauded. -If anyone tries to speak up or have a different opinion than the CEO, they are reprimanded/fired.

Pros

TIFIN is a genuine meritocracy where your impact is directly recognized and rewarded. If you're hard-working, intellectually curious, and results-oriented, you will find a space where you can thrive and grow quickly. One of the highlights is the caliber of the team; if you're looking to surround yourself with smart, inspired professionals from all backgrounds, this is the place for you. While the bar is high, everyone wants to see one another succeed and works to bring out the best in each other. It’s an environment that encourages you to lean into your unique strengths and contribute where you can make the most impact.

Cons

The pace and agility required mean you must have a deep personal stake in your work. You can't get away with "coasting" at TIFIN. Because the business landscape is constantly shifting, you have to be highly adaptable and willing to embrace new roles and responsibilities. To succeed here, you must wear multiple hats at once and be hungry to try new things.

Pros

You will learn some hard lessons on how bad things can be when you work for a bad company with a poor culture.

Cons

Working here means you have two terrible options. The first is that you agree to every task they assign you until you are near exhaustion or burnout. The second is that you try to set some boundaries, and these arrogant people label you as inefficient. Both of them were poor choices in my opinion. The leadership is evil and cruel. They want every employee to give 200% while paying them 50%. You do the math on how they try to fool you. Also, these people will ask you to do stuff you have never done before without any training, guidance, or support. It's awful to do all that and get nothing in return. Not even a single word or appreciation.
