- Architectural decisions from small changes to infrastructural designs are made based on trending articles of the internet with no justification what so ever. ( mainly because they don't know any better)
- Requests to work a crazy amount of hours, but having the higher management question you if you one day, by chance, arrive late.
- Split second core decision making every two weeks, normally invalidating the ones before that
- Every project that goes live, the infrastructure is requested only 1 day before, or on the same day it happens.
- No transverse project management, every team knows a little, but deadlines are never accomplished due to bad communication and managing skills.
- Development of new functionalities normally done in production systems, at the expense of the clients.
