Pros

Fun team to work with Casual work environment Flexible work from home policy Lunch can be expensed for all employees

Cons

Lack of innovation in a crowded market Poorly managed product roadmap Severely buggy releases, and a focus on adding on new features instead of improving existing systems Emails from leadership routinely contain incomplete sentences, spelling and grammar mistakes Impossible to collaborate with some members of the company Difficult to succeed unless you're prepared to be the loudest voice in the room No 401k match

Pros

Leadership is as good as it gets! Management is challenging yet empathetic and open minded. Growing industry with a “sexy” product. Target buyers and users are great to work with! There are so many good things to say here. Overall, my time would be best described as unbelievably fun, lucrative, educational, and collaborative.

Cons

Very Niche market- many people you speak to about your product will have no clue what you do (not a terrible thing, though). Typical startup with startup pains: still developing buyer personas, Salesforce efficiencies, product/ tech integrations. Very competitive landscape. Because the industry is growing, there are many players. This adds complexity to many deals and can extend sales cycles.
