      Not paying as good as the High-tech industry and the atmosphere is more correct. Working hard and under constant pressure

      Intelligent colleagues just as frustrated as you are!

      Cons

      This company is a fraud masquerading as a packaging innovator. Product outdated, no quality control in process or production practices. Products are mostly fossil fuel based, competetion has 100% plant based. 100%+ staff turnover annually, no attempts at employee retention. Run!

      A lot of changes of strategies due to a startup mentality and continuous turnover of people that doesn't feel stable.
