Pros
- Lots of opportunities to learn (if you are willing to learn on your own with very little guidance)
Cons
- Very little pay for the amount of workload that is expected. - The current senior management is involved in a lot of office politics which spoils the culture and motivation for the employees. - There is no sense of job security since anyone can get fired at any given point of time (randomly) - The managers show no empathy towards their employees and there is a lot of favouritism and bias within the team. - No work from home option and you are expected to come to work every day before 9 and with the amount of work that is given to you, you never leave on time. - Lack of training is a big problem here. I was only given less than a week's training and when I asked for help and additional guidance, I was not at all supported. - If the senior management does not like you, they will exclude you from every important thing. No sense of belongingness since the entire team starts isolating you from everything. - The senior management is not at all supportive and they are very petty.
