Unfortunately has struggled from some payer issues due to Tricare not paying claims, still worth it if you want to love where you work

The pros were that the ABA program there at TLC was great. My supervisors were amazing and supportive and a lot of the team did such an amazing job with the kids.

The cons are that the company began having issues and have not been able to pay employees on time nor in full. For me, I was getting paid maybe a week late from the original pay date and was only getting partial payments. Since leaving due to this issue I have not received the wages I am owed. I am owed several THOUSAND. I have reached out multiple times and have yet to receive anything. The owners are telling those that are still there that those who stay will be paid first before those who have left. Even though those who have left like myself provided services for this company.
