Cool people, friendly, diverse team, amazing learning experience, cool office & location, everyone brings their dogs. Lots of trainings available, lots of space to show & share your skills, lots of workshops & potentially business trips. Hugs when you come to the office.
Cons
Working more than you get paid for, burnout, juniors taking on senior tasks. Too much gossip. Management is quite absent at times and juniors are managing the daily business with little to no supervision & support.
