Pros
Good atmosphere and relationship between the co-workers. It was a pleasure to come to work during my internship and in general the interactions are very friendly.
Cons
Blur lines between the departments. It is too often that someone doesn't follow the hierarchy and that was leading to communications difficulties during the management of some of the projects.
