Pros

Awesome and friendly trainee, manager and staff who ensure you know everything about the work. You get to experience and meet other staff from abroad who comes and help the company.

Cons

Tlscontact is a busy workplace. Supervisor and team leaders are terrible to work with. They put pressure on staff in order to get more applicant application done. Supervisor just wants to go home early instead so they make you do all the work. They dont care about applicants or the applicants documents as long as everything gets done early so they could leave early. Literally they will mentally drain you. They make you have lunch at 10-11 am and make you work after 5pm. Worked upto 7-8pm. You have to let them know that you have to go to the toilet.

They treat clients in awful ways but they are very nice to themselves
