Pros
Great place to work if you want to experience somewhere that will set the bar for your tolerance for nightmare companies to work for.
Cons
Should’ve trusted my gut as soon as I saw the offices and the location, it’s literally like a boiler room office. The kind of office you could imagine turning up in the morning and everything would be gone like they were never there. Highly unprofessional, if the director isn’t calling his candidates the C-word he’s puffing away on his vape at the desk like he’s smoking for peace pipe. The best way to describe these guys are blaggers. They will tell you they are everything their not. Old Skool training which included the elevator technique which Is simply embarrassing if that’s the best you have to try to improve or motivate a sales team and was more about the management trying to convince you they are who they claim when they’re simply not. There is only enough to eat for those who have been there for years hence why they stay. Then there are those who have been there for over a year earning no commission due to not hitting impossible targets with ridiculous outdated KPI’s which are there for you to not hit so they can eat what you bring in however small. They feed on these people as they go along with the perception that one day they will start earning commission but if you haven’t earn’t commission for over a year regardless if it’s yours or your employers fault your simply in the wrong job but here it was the norm and managements job is to basically keep these people on the hook. It was actually fascinating watching the things being said and yet thinking how they managed to keep the same act up for a year if not longer so I suppose that’s something they are actually good at but don’t go there if you actually want to earn money and work for an incentive.
