I have been with the company since 2011 and have continued to grows in ways I never knew possible as a PTA; expanding my knowledge and skillset in my role. The organization truly values its employees and provides ongoing support, even the fast-paced industry setting. I feel valued and supported within my role and my team.

No specific cons to TMC, but more based on the ever changing industry changes can be a challenge. Even through that the support from the leadership and team members helps makes things more manageable.
