      They have a good intro training

      Cons

      The trucks break down all the time and you are paid minimal amounts waiting for the truck to get fixed. They will make you wait 6+ hours to get your next pick up. If they can't find a load for you to pick up on a Friday, you are stuck there the weekend. They really don't care about your personal life or your time.
