      1. Poor management. 2. Unorganised and assigned workload which lead to late night working and doesn't pay. 3. Unbalanced workload between groups which leads to mental stress due to favouritism. 4. No budget or ZERO for employee welfare.

      All anyone ever does is lie. No one wanted to help each other or be willing to teach about anything. There were absolutely ZERO performance reviews or any feedback from anyone there. You’re not trained for your job so because you can’t get any feedback when you ask you sometimes doubt yourself. HR is a complete joke they don’t even log on most of the time and they don’t know how real discussions work.
