Cons
- There is WFH and other benefits but ALWAYS up to your Manager approval and if you got a manager that not encourage it and like to work from office and always need to see you, then this benefits is definitely bye-bye. - Tons of Internal Ad-Hoc Task given that mostly redundant and unnecessary and given during peak season time where our current job is more important but need to focus on internal stuff… - Low Headcount = more work and heavy workload : as they NEVER give new team members and still bring new client and new stuff but unable to get people and more people are leaving… the workload… no comment.. - its the place where you will cry every sunday before start your new week and make you cry in the toilet every single day…
