If you're not Filipino then forget joining them. There is absolutely no way to work with them as they like to undercut policies and not comply with regulations. Instructions from the clients get misconstrued a lot and not acted upon which causes a lot of delay and penalties. Clients are at risk of leaving or getting penalised because of the employees' inaction and/or inability to do the work.
Supervisors gossip and talk about their managers' personal lives like it's the norm. It's such an unprofessional environment where if you don't understand filipino then you are made to feel ike an outsider. They spend more time gossipping and hanging out in the cafeteria than doing actual work.
I would never recommend TMF knowing what I know about how their work is handled by the employees there. The employees don't seem to understand the fundamentals of client servicing and deadlines.
