Emotional manager with poor communication skill and unfair WFH schedule in the pandemic. Manager doesn’t not expect you to leave before her. The female manager always treat the male colleagues better.

Through this, colleagues can provide feedback on their managers as well so we can review improvement areas and foster a positive working environment by training and upskilling our people managers to be better equipped for leadership positions.
All anyone ever does is lie. No one wanted to help each other or be willing to teach about anything. There were absolutely ZERO performance reviews or any feedback from anyone there. You’re not trained for your job so because you can’t get any feedback when you ask you sometimes doubt yourself. HR is a complete joke they don’t even log on most of the time and they don’t know how real discussions work.
