Pros
Being given the platform to develop and progress within the role and beyond. Continued opportunity with genuine support and realistic objectives. Fantastic charity work links and on-site amenities of gymnasium and canteen are a real bonus
Cons
Easier to say that there are none - but it is all dependant on your approach. Sometimes demands are extensive - but where do you find that not being the case? Its not consistently so. However there is genuine consideration of me as an individual as well as within the confines of my role responsibilities.
