TMX - Worst management team ever!!! - Procurement Supervisor TMX Aerospace Employee Review

Unfortunately management is by far the worst I’ve ever worked for. They don’t care about the people; they actually said in a team meeting, “go find another job and don’t come crawling back when you realize the grass isn’t greener.” Way to boost morale, right? Their actions very rarely coincide with their words and the inconsistency of the leadership staff as a whole is troubling at best. Some are hard on the staff for no good reason and others are so disconnected they can care less. I believe that’s a result of the culture. Management wants to act like the atmosphere is collaborative when in fact, they pit departments against each other and no one ever takes responsibility for their actions. They’re fake, uptight, politically correct people who are always holier than thou. It’s a do as I say not as I do environment and heaven forbid you go against a manager.
