Pros
My colleagues in my department are great and I have a supportive manager. 8 hours of work, snacks in the morning, easy to get leaves and it's near the metro.
Cons
The management doesn't care about its employees even if you escalate issues to them. Micromanagement exists and has become worse as time goes by. The constant fear of getting terminated and the unsuccessful and shady projects make you wonder if the company will last another 10 years.
