Pros

The employment process at Teleperformance was incredibly easy and effective. In a single day, the full process—including the initial interview, assessment, final interview with fake call, contract signing, and new recruit introduction—was finished. Even with enormous hiring, the procedure was still systematic, professional, and well-organized.

Cons

The organization has stringent rules about personal belongings and attire. For security reasons, for instance, only transparent tumblers are permitted. This is probably done to guarantee adherence to safety regulations and keep forbidden materials out of the building. These regulations promote workplace security and professionalism despite their strictness.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
