Pros

The people you work with can be awesome. You don't have the feel of a hostile work environment. Some supervisors work with you to be able to take care of your personal affairs during working hours.

Cons

The management does not tell you if a project is ending so you can cover your behind and have another job lined up after. When you ask why you don't get a promotion when you are clearly the most qualified, the standard response is, "You need to learn more about the project."

Pros

All the OT you want, whenever you want. I easily do 6-10/hrs a week (can do up to 20), which adds another 20k to my income. With an option to be paid EVERY day. Tons of opportunities if you’re on the right LOB.

Cons

It redefines “high call volume”. Expect back to back calls all day. They do schedule plenty of OFF phone time for regular meetings, coaching and training. If you enroll in one of their upskill programs, they give you 45min 2x a week to work toward the certification that you choose.
