Pros

The worst company I have ever worked. A lifetime experience.

Cons

Computers are out of date, Staffs (Team leaders and Supervisors) are extremely disorganised and most managers have bad attitudes. Atmosphere is cliquey and discriminatory (experienced racism from co-workers & management) Take a minute too long to go to the toilet and you will be asked to justify it. Morale is the worst here than anywhere else I've ever worked. Unless you're completely desperate. An inconvenient place to get food and transportation is horrible. No job security When leaving the company you get escorted out like some kind of criminal.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
