The other half of the leaders are not effective (Poor attitude and tenuous understanding of their role and how their actions effect the culture)
Senior Management have no people skills. No compassion for people who work for them.
No rewards for doing the job well. No recognition (which doesn't cost the business anything)
Pay is lower than competitors. Biggest reason for staff leaving to that one particular business.
Performance improvement process is perceived as a threat due to inconsistency in managers.
Staff are not asked to be cross skilled. Then they are not offered any bonus or pay increase for increased responsibility.
Client refers to the position as technical support but the business insists it is a customer service role for the sake of cheating advisors out of money.
Overly obsessed with security with zero trust for staff.
Most policies seem more targeted towards Phillipines business and are not inline with Australian Culture.
Hygiene is a joke. Toilets often very unclean. Not allowed to clean your desk.
Break room had all the utensils removed and often staff are left without basics like coffee, milk, sugar. (seriously taking the Milo away was petty.)
