- Pay disputes, like, all the time
- Management doesn't listen to you when you know there's something wrong with process
- Critical to clients: some KPIs can make supervisors/managers sacrifice the quality of the service
- Career opputunities are consistent BUT it has a dash of political bias thing going on, like-- someone who has less experience is promoted and does a terrible job at his post
- They a have referral bonuses and cash prizes but it has tax deduction
- Low pay; for a huge account, you're paid less and it doesn't increase each year either
