Pros

Wellcare PCS If you want to get into the world of claim or medical billing this is an okay place to get started and a taste of what is like since they would hire pretty much anyone

Cons

Pretty much everything else is horrible, the pay it way below the average, management will only promote their friends and family, training is pretty much a waste of time since you have to learn 90% of what you do by yourself, they make it close to impossible to make bonuses most of the supervisors just micro-manage everything (lunches, hours, breaks etc ) and don’t really know a lot about the actual work, there’s not one paid holyday, Their equipment its outdated and works half of the time, the place is also dirty.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
