Pros

Depending on what project or line of business you're on you can make good money on top of that and depending on stats you can bonus. But don't think about being "promoted" you'll just be losing money. All the incentives, "big" pay increases and bonuses go to the representatives. Teleperformace also works alot with non profit organizations which allows employees to donate by monthly paycheck contributions, by donating you can participate in fun activities such as bake sales, raffles, lunches and games. But if you're interested in going out to volunteer in the community forget it this is set aside for management only. The call off process is fast, simple and self explanatory to use. TP has also started to offer a new app exclusively for employees that allows to check updates, pay and also allows to report a tardy or absence.

Cons

I've been with the company for many years however there are reps making just as much if not more than me, I do have to say if I was working as a rep I'd be making more money hourly with bonuses. And don't think about bringing pay up to management they have every excuse as to why your pay is were it's at and they'll give you the spill about how they don't want you to feel like the reps are making more! ADVISE: Then don't pay reps more then "support staff" and/or pay QA/MSAT equally. HR is NEVER in if you're lucky you'll catch them there a 1-2 times out of the week. PTO is a complete joke, you'll get 3 days after 1 year and cap out at 80 hours which usaully takes a good 5+ years to accumulate, unless you're a supervisor or upper management (this doesn't include QA/Member Satisfaction employees) Health/vision/dental and 401k is also a complete joke.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
