Pros
There are no pros except for the salary (for what the economic situation is in Hellas at the current status) WHICH could be raised in my opinion though. Also adding the benefits.
Cons
To sum it up - LOW QUALITY of the MAJORITY of the employees of the company. I am at the Swedish department, although of Hellenic origin. TP as a company is a leftist low quality company. Someone asked me why i don't resign if i have this opinion. Just as i temporarily live in Athens, since beginning for TP for 3 years now, just as temporarily is the job situation, it is simple. We live under the today's agenda of TP/generally, and when things will change in this country as well soon enough, we will take it from there. Also, i think we can change TP from inside to a proper company with great quality. That is also a reason. Tp is also firing people who try to improve and speak up for all this mess. There is no good quality of many employees. The lack of education shows by their inferior complex for someone who worked lesser then some of them within TP and goes for the next position. There is NO meritocracy structure and the management lies and alter results, regarding positions for example, in favor of their own preferences. TP's slogan is "Diversity matters/equality". Totally irrelevant slogan. This shows that TP as a company focus on this instead of having a quality working space. It does not fit and thats why this supposed "company of customer technical support and tagging for companies" is of low quality.
