Pros

Not only customer service (back office - social media & sales projects are the most interesting in all terms) possibility to get a higher post rapidly (in the social media projects), good to start with if you don't have experience or little experience, if you speak English you can get better projects, accomodation provided if you want to

Cons

when you get promoted, you're salary increase of course but not enough in my opinion (from agent to trainer my pay only increased of approximatively a hundred euros)

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
