Pros

I have been with TP for two years now. I have had amazing advancement opportunities, especially with new management. I started as a rep taking calls, moved to mentor, and then supervisor. And no I didn't k ow anyone, had to prove my worth! There are continuous advancement opps. I am consistently recognized for what I do well, and also developed when needed. I have no plans on going anywhere anytime soon. With previous management, I was really looking to move on. But I have truly found my career! Also has an extremely beautiful bonus structure.

Cons

We need more IT and HR employees (at least an assistant). Also, we have a bad rep, but we had to wees thru the mess and make a lot of tough business moves to see our current success, just as any up and coming location and or new business.

We have a fantastic team of supervisors that have our back when needed. We have a great team of agents.

Cons

Some days calls can be back to back with no time to breathe

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
