Pros
It's a job that exists.
Cons
The atmosphere is that of a high rank prison facility with cameras in every corner, every dresser drawer, and every supervisors eye ball. The schedules are insane to deal with and if you miss just one single day even if you ask for the day off then be prepared for an infraction. Also if you have an IT issue with logging into your system and it lasts to the point where you have to clock in for work and still nothing is resolved, then I hope you like infractions. I also hope you like Supervisors leaving you on Aux 1 for an hour and 10 minutes and having the Main Manager on your lovely butt for not being on ready. Also they talk big talk about a 500 dollar bonus. I highly doubt anybody ever got that bonus due to the specifics of how to get the bonus. It's pretty much there as a carrot on a stick for people to overwork themselves for money that will never come. During training they made us do a Glassdoor review on the first day on the job which raised a crap ton of red flags. The training itself was just boring and just reading a bunch of slide shows that would rarely work. Also they made a big hoopla on how you can rise in the company and how some people went from meaningless representative peasants to Noble Supervisor or a Jester Trainer, but that never happened. Long story short... Teleperformance is meh.
