Pros

Literally, none. It is an absolute disgrace to work here.

Cons

Management? It is unfair to other managers to call Teleperformance UAE in DOZ "management". They don't even come close to it. Unqualified, mistrusting, delusional individuals who don't have any defined job role. I bet my arm if any of them knows exactly what is his job description. They don't give a f about what you do, I used to call them "Risk Management", because you only see them when a disaster happens. They come to blame it on you. Tools? These don't exist. It is a cave man work. Even the simplest tools are non-existent. You'll have to do everything manually, and even that is not enough. Support? That doesn't exist either, been in the company for 1 year, didn't have my performance reviewed even once. It is a formality and you're asked to just "acknowledge" it blindly. Promotion? Don't dream of that either, they'll hire anyone from outside, give them a salary higher than yours and call it a day.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
