Poor support for phone technicians. I needed a specific day off at the time and kept trying to get one of my days off swapped with another employee who was willing to change with me. I contacted management several times on the issue without a response. Also, after I finished training, I was assigned to a supervisor, but I had very little contact with the supervisor and was never sure about what was happening with my job. The automated scheduling system never acknowledged that I'd turned my two weeks notice in and I later received a call from the system threatening to terminate my job after my last day.
