Pros

No paid time off, no holiday pay if you're off the holiday, the pay is horrible you can't live off of it, only 16 hrs PTO after one year We told forced to come in on our day off so that they could close for Christmas Day and New Years Day and even though I already had those days approved for time off, they took it away from me and said I had to work on my day off or be given points for calling in, I am a caregiver and had to stay home to care for my Father and they didn't care that I had no one else to stay with him on those days. I had to call in and take the points even though those were my regular days off. They pick on everything and abuse their employee's to the point that everyone keeps quitting. There was a girl who was in the hospital and they gave her points for every day that she was in the hospital and fired her when she got back, she had to fight to have the points removed and keep her job. They write you up for everything under the sun. Everyone I started with has either quit, been fired or is looking for other work. I quit because I couldn't take the abuse anymore, I was being abused by a customer on a call and instead of management understanding even after hearing the call, they gave me the wrong, I was being yelled at and called names and they didn't care and that is when I decided I needed to get out of that horrible place. I would not even give this company one star, but they force you to and I would not recommend this company to my worst Enemy. Find another place to work if you don't want to get sick or be totally unhappy everyday that you are there.

Very accomplishing environment, I enjoyed speaking with customers.

Cons

Calls are back to back and you have to meet all metrics.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
