The worst of the city - bullying, sexism, boys club, not a meritocracy - Manager TP ICAP Employee Review

Pros

Expectations from staff are low. (pro for some) Offices in good location. Charity day.

Cons

I chose to leave this company as it was morphing into a morally bankrupt machine. Staff are treated like objects - honesty and integrity are buzz words, but never practiced. HR a disaster. Don't meet the legal guidelines on response times or service. Duty of care to staff not a concept. Sexism is rife, and instead of improving is getting worse. If you are young, expect to be hit on lots, even in the office. Bullying is not addressed when reported. Management too intent on protecting themselves. Aside from the layoffs, there has been a mass exodus of people with experience, especially in senior management roles. Now a playground for former bankers. I feel bad that during my time there I didn't support more women who were struggling with the environment, and whose ability to "deal with it" was just a little lower than mine.
