Pros

Good working from home schedule and management were very flexible. Good salary and bonus scheme Always good cover on the phones and tickets to balance workload

Cons

There is little to no training Rotating shift work Very low level work essentially just resetting passwords No career Progression Other teams don't want to take responsibility for their problems and always bounce tickets back Communication between departments was almost non-existent
