We work hard to ensure our culture and people are one that amazing talent such as yourself want to be a part of. Thank you for pointing out some areas we can improve upon as well! With the changing technology space, we understand that it can be a lot to manage. We have implemented some great training programs that help TPD'ers navigate these technologies and we hope to continue to enhance how we consume these systems. Also, exciting news is that we have grown our team by another 7 people so the space will start to really fill out! We are working on a hoteling system currently because there will be so many people in the office. Thank you again for your feedback.
