Pros

-Really great people. Everyone is friendly, helpful, solution-focused, intelligent, energetic and supportive. -Beautiful downtown office with stand-up desks and a gym. -Really hands-on management. -Fun employee-driven culture. Lots of opportunity to suggest new ideas. -Just the right amount of autonomy and support. -Lots of clarity in purpose and goals.

Cons

-With flexible work options, the office can feel a bit empty. -Lots of technology to use and learn.

We work hard to ensure our culture and people are one that amazing talent such as yourself want to be a part of. Thank you for pointing out some areas we can improve upon as well! With the changing technology space, we understand that it can be a lot to manage. We have implemented some great training programs that help TPD'ers navigate these technologies and we hope to continue to enhance how we consume these systems. Also, exciting news is that we have grown our team by another 7 people so the space will start to really fill out! We are working on a hoteling system currently because there will be so many people in the office. Thank you again for your feedback. Pros

Management team is truly committed to seeing people succeed. Growth opportunities are endless when you drive your professional development Culture has transitioned in my time with the company and is truly positive and encouraging. A lot of people say "The people are great," but I feel like we take that to another level. the people are not just great, they live our values and truly work hard toward a common goal.

Cons

Bonus percentages for non-commission based positions can use improvement. Bonus structure is good as it takes into account both qualitative and quantitative measures, but it is low bonus potential compared to my previous roles.
