Pros

Some reviews of company are negative. It might depend on the department. I worked in IT and department is huge for company this size. Hours are flexible and upper management is really laid back. For ex., working from home is OK, even for contractors. People are even allowed to work from vacation home (no loss of vacation time) and if you need to travel to India, you do not have to use vacation that you might not have, you can "work from home" while in India. Workload is light and no one is looking over your shoulder. You can come in at 10 and leave at 4 and some ppl take 2 hours lunch to go to local gym, no prob. Pay is good and benefits also good. Contractor friendly place, too.

Cons

If you are type that needs heavy workload or "challenging assignments", this is not the good place for you. You should be comfortable keeping yourself busy or motivated.

Pros

Great pool of talented employees. Dedicated for sure.

Cons

The Mission. It changes midstream , that’s ok, however, senior leadership is almost dysfunctional at realigning strategy for their teams Mute is a word that comes to mind. Lots of Chiefs creating lots of emails and on and on goes. I think TRAC’s toxic culture what is it direct result when Lovetro took the reins. So you got a non-transportation guy, heading up a transportation company. Nuts. The Vitro somehow managed to take this incredible group, a very bright and talented employees, and just completely demoralize them. There should’ve been more due diligence, but that attitude permeated down through the company for years. Hopefully, with the Australian, you get a fresh point of view and some open mindfulness. I don’t know. I don’t know the guy.
