great money, great staff, busy restaurant

Its a family business so it can be a bit crazy sometimes

Nothing literally cannot think of anything

they always under staff for a high volume restaurant they pool the very little tips you get and the kitchen gets a higher percent of tips than the servers who actually make the money the boss will not pay you on time he almost didn't pay me my first 2 weeks and I needed to beg him for my 50$ tips I made one night no one should have to do that he would've tried to get away with not paying me for 3 weeks until I said something the owner has a very weird vibe to him I got fired for not being passionate about being a waitress I will literally pay you if you can find one waiter or waitress that wakes up like Elle woods excited to do such degrading work don't work here you won't be able to pay rent its not worth it at all and its abusive to make a schedule that will make you not afford to live and barely scrape by believe me you deserve better than this gross horrible place
