      Pros

      Work with very credentialed people making it a great opportunity to find a mentor or learn from highly experienced people. Very flexible and values your work to life balance. Big company with a lot of lateral mobility options if you do not like what you are doing now.

      Cons

      Pay is low (Currently at 25% of industry norm). Remote work is isolating in nature but I have found very few people to make a strong effort to onboard me properly onto my team.

      Pros

      The people are amazing and I love my team. I also really enjoy the type of remediation we do.

      Cons

      I don't think pay reflects the job level or stress. It is also difficult to keep up with performance indicators when management does not give enough work to meet them.
