Where can I begin? BE AWARE. One of the bad place to work for an engineering group. They give too much importance to PE’s that they all act as if they dropped from heaven (especially the newer PE’s). Ridiculously political driven company, growth is almost zero here. Work until the owners are rich and receive absolutely no bonus by the end of the year. COO is the worst to work with, he doesn’t respect other workers. There is no meaning for a “Team” in this company. All the real work is done by India offices and PE seals in USA.
