The owner's wife does sales and she willfully is so ignorant of technical specifications relying on others for that, that she should be replaced with a bulletin board. This company works in a technical industry but the owner doesn't prioritize education or tech. By not investing in tech infrastructure, this causes processes to be inefficient, antiquated, and severely bottlenecked. The owner has not managed the company well causing him to be involved in the monotonous day-to-day operations.
