There are talented individuals within the organization who are committed to doing good work and supporting customers. In certain roles, there is exposure to large enterprise accounts and the ability to build valuable experience in sales, operations, and service delivery.

Cons: Leadership and internal culture present significant challenges. There appears to be a lack of consistency in management practices, communication, and accountability. Expectations can be unclear or shift without proper alignment, Concerns around how employees are treated—particularly in high-stress situations—should be taken seriously.
